If you have ordered a physical product, a shipping information page will be displayed where you can enter a separate shipping address and the shipping method can be chosen.

For credit card verification you must enter the address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. You do not need to enter a middle name or initial.

A pre-order is an order for a product you can purchase before the product is actually available for sales. The product will be released when the product is in stock.

In case you a place an order which includes a regular and a pre- order product, the order will be held until the release date If you like to have the regular product earlier, we recommend to place two separate orders. If you place a pre-order by credit card, your credit card will be charged at the moment of shipment. In case of Internet Banking Payments you will be charged at the moment you placed the pre-order.

To download and print your invoice please:

• Go to My account
• Fill in your email address and password
• Once logged in click on My account – My order history
• Select your order number
• Click on view invoice
• Click on the link download VAT invoice
